We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join a premier nursing home team in the heart of Cork!
This is more than just a job—it’s a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity where you will drive clinical excellence and shape the future of elderly care.
The Role:
As ADON, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee strategic clinical governance, and ensure the highest HIQA standards are met.
What You’ll Bring:
Registration: Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the NMBI.
Experience: 3+ years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Care of the Older Person.
Expertise: Essential post-reg qualifications in Dementia Care and Management.
Passion: A drive for staff development and person-centred care planning.
